RTT®, or Rapid Transformational Therapy®, is our powerful therapy method that combines principles from hypnotherapy, NLP, CBT, psychotherapy, and neuroscience to create a uniquely powerful therapy method. RTT® therapists work to help their clients overcome the past hurts that are impacting their present by working predominantly with the subconscious mind.

In RTC®, you will learn to use some of the RTT® techniques with the conscious mind, utilizing light touch therapy where it is deemed appropriate for the client’s progression.

What You’ll Learn in the Program:
MODULE #1: WELCOME & FOUNDATIONS
Learn the fundamentals of RTC®, including what coaching is and how it works. You’ll understand the roles and responsibilities of a coach, how to build trust and rapport, and set boundaries. You’ll also complete a core competency self-assessment to help you track your progress throughout the program.
MODULE #2: COMMUNICATION SKILLS FOR RTC® COACHES
Learn how to develop essential and enhanced communication skills, including active and reflective listenership, questioning styles, empathy, working through self-doubt and imposter syndrome.
MODULE #3: RULES OF THE MIND
Dive deep into Marisa Peer’s powerful Rules of the Mind with case studies to enhance your understanding. In this module, you’ll learn how the mind works, how to work through limiting and conflicting beliefs, and which are the most common.
MODULE #4: THE RTC® COACHING MODEL
You will explore learning styles and the influence of childhood experiences. You’ll be introduced to RTC® techniques and coaching theory, approaches and models. You’ll also understand how to become a results-oriented coach to set your clients up for success.

MODULE #8: AN INTRODUCTION TO NICHING
This module consists of six masterclasses delivered by our training team. Each session will explore a common life area, challenge, or block that both clients and coaches face.
MODULE #9: SESSION PLANNING AND DELIVERY
You will learn the practicalities of delivering a powerful session, from the discovery call to developing agreements and intake forms to strategies for success. You’ll learn how to gain clarity, focus, and identify goals with your clients.

Important Info, Dates and Timings
As part of your program there are several important live virtual training elements that you must attend. These all have fixed times and dates. After the live training period, you will also need to build up a portfolio of practice coaching sessions, complete a knowledge assessment and pass a practice skills and progress review in order to graduate. Please check the training dates and graduation requirements below and make sure you can attend all of the events scheduled for your chosen cohort before enrolling.
If you miss a mandatory event or course element this can delay finishing your course and graduating.

PRACTICE CIRCLES
You must attend 10 practice circles.
These are held twice a week every Monday 1 pm - 2:30 pm & Wednesday 6.30 pm - 8 pm London, UK time between 17th August and 5th November.
You can choose which of the dates you attend as long as you attend at least 10 in total. However, we strongly recommend that you attend at least one Circle each week during the live training period, as experience has shown this is the most effective way to build your skills in a short amount of time.
Mandatory Graduation Requirements
PRACTICE REGISTER
Students must give and receive 2 x 3-session coaching packages with fellow students assigned via the Coaching Practice register (each session to last 60 minutes) as well as complete post-session reflection and feedback forms.
KNOWLEDGE ASSESSMENT
An online assessment that tests your knowledge of coaching theory, situational judgement, and professional standards.
PRACTICE SKILLS & PROGRESS REVIEW
Assessment and discussion of the student’s practical coaching skills followed by a review of their portfolio of coaching practice.

MONTHLY DROP-IN CALLS
This is for you to ask experienced coaches your questions relating to coaching skills (6 pm to 7 pm London, UK time).
